• Implemented Continuous Improvements for the production of Chloroethoxyfos precursor by adding a phase transfer catalyst and increased concentration of raw material resulting in increased product yield, improved process efficiency, boosted throughput and enhanced sustainability – >$500k accomplished in savings in Q1 2024 ($0.7-1.5 million projected yearly savings depending on production size and campaign duration)• Delivered a solution to use cheaper raw material in the preparation of Aztec precursor with no implication on product quality – $500k accomplished in yearly savings• Developed in the lab an efficient continuous microencapsulation formulation process for Chloroethoxyfos or Index – potentially doubling the current batch process production rate with smaller equipment footprint
