- Key HR Partner for assigned departments and Sr. Leadership (100+ employee headcount) - Product Development (Engineering, Product, Product Design), Creative department/Studio, Data Insights- Implementation of HR initiatives/projects/innovation together with global HR team. - Holistic overview and guidance over talent acquisition activities together in partnership with TA division.- Striving to ceate a work environment, where people are challenged to grow and develop their talents, feel a sense of belonging and mission, and are surrounded by other high-performing and diverse colleagues. - Provide support for our managers in HR related areas such as: employee performance, reviews & feedback, people development and retention processes. - Drive and implement improvements to employee performance, mentorship, recognition programs, and policies, reporting and communicating progress and key measurements.- Lead regional team of HR generalists, TA and HR Ops Specialists who focus on providing a five-star experience to our team. - Administration, event planning, team-building, and other HR related initiatives.Maintain expert knowledge of HR laws and regulations, providing oversight and guidance of internal procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.- Work with our internal and external legal counsel, manage all HR legal affairs. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments within the HR area. - Ensure a streamlined, well-organized on-boarding experience that provides a best-in-class introduction into Celtra for all new hires.- Mentor HR Operations and support the administration and services of Celtra’s benefit programs for our employees.- Assist in creating best practices of Benefit Administration, HRIS maintenance and HR processes.- Create and communicate all HR company policies and guidelines, partnering with HR Ops to ensure these are updated and available for easy access in our Employee Handbook and HRIS system.
