About Mojca Marinšek

I try to do everything with intention, presence and passionate dedication. In my work (and life in general) I rely on the combination of acquired knowledge, sharp instincts and deep intuition, as well as precious advice from those more experienced than myself to grow, develop and succeed. I love working with and being inspired by people and am at my best and happiest, when I have the privilege of working with positive and open-minded individuals. I love public speaking, acting, dancing and singing and have been performing on various stages and in front of large crowds my whole life. I can and am happy to lead, but enjoy working in teams as well. I also like working on my own, especially when I am given enough creative space to match my superior's/client's/student's ideas with my own. I love to learn and try to constantly keep improving my already attained skill set, and I don't mind venturing into the unknown. I am a risk taker and a bit of an artist, which is why - in addition to a steady workflow - I need to constantly be involved in some sort of creative projects. I value learning, respectful communication, a mindful and ethical approach to work and life, and being kind to people. I wholeheartedly believe these values are not restricted to the intimate spaces of one's life, but can (and should) be applied to and welcomed in all areas of existence, including work and business.
