Art Director:• In this role, I was responsible for creating all digital art and design assets for marketing and social media. I actively worked to create visual brand elements for the company’s brand and communication needs. This included a brand guide, typography and color selection, iconography etc.• I also worked hand in hand with marketing and social media teams to develop visual concepts for content.• Led and managed a drive to build the company’s own stock photos, a move that further personalized our brand experience.Product Designer.• I led a redesign of our entire portfolio of digital products and digital identity, moving the brand from archaic to a much fresher and modern aesthetic, intuitive UI and a more functional user experience. This immediately led to an over 40% increase in led generation and conversion within our beta community.• After a data handling accident where the firm lost most of its design assets, I set to rebuilding and designing each one at pace with the rest of our work. I completed this task in a record 2 weeks, saving the firm expenses in contract hires and losses by allowing us to meet our beta launch deadline.• I also designed unique illustrations, gifs, and motion graphics to highlight the brand, while also completing storyboards, wireframes, high fidelity designs and prototypes for all digital products: landing pages, web app, android and ios apps, emails etc.

Lohn Lagos is a luxury scent and aromatic brand based in Lagos who were looking to make their website more responsive, interactive, modern and ecommerce friendly. For this project, ● I created new digital brand assets to help them achieve this modern look, rethinking elements like color, type and visual architecture.● Optimize e-commerce on the site by designing new features forcurrent conversion, shopping recommendations, gifting etc● Increased website traffic by over 20% after the first month.

BARE is a skin care service that uses technology to provide professional skin care recommendations and regimen by making users take a quiz, while also providing a community for skin care enthusiasts- especially people with brown and black skin. I was invited to redesign their digital presence while optimizing their conversion rates.● To begin, I embarked on research to gather the data needed to drive this effort. I also led conversations with the leading partners to understand their needs and establish the metrics for success● I designed and pitched solutions using wireframes and low fidelity designs. These tested concepts like typography, color etc.● I also suggested, designed and implemented new features like community sections, currency conversion, data tracking and reporting etc● I designed and added new user dashboards based on their different user segments. This included dashboards for end users, skin care product merchants and skincare consultants, all of whom could now use the service by signing in to their specialized dashboards.● From the initial research, most of the users indicated that the skin quiz was cumbersome to complete, at the end of the redesign, users could complete the quiz in less than 5 minutes and also save their progress. Taking the quiz also allowed users to automatically create their accounts, further saving them time due to sign up processes.● Significantly increased signup and quiz completion (30%) in the first month
