Key Responsibilities:•Manage the operations of the Evaluation and Learning Department.•Lead the design, utilization, and maintenance of FLY’s internal tracking database system, Efforts to Outcomes (ETO), which supports the data information needs of all FLY programs, the Board of Directors, funders, partnering agencies, and the entire FLY organization. •Supervise the Evaluation and Learning Analyst and Program Evaluation Interns.•Collaborate alongside FLY’s director team to provide oversight of all agency operations and strategic initiatives.•Establish comprehensive data standards, policies and procedures to that create efficient and reliable data entry systems and ensure data quality and integrity.•Oversee the alignment of ETO usage and data collection methods with Theory of Change strategies and program outcomes.•Oversee the implementation of new projects as it relates to outcome and performance management, data collection methods, and reporting.•Generate monthly quality assurance reports from ETO based on client contact and program indicators of success as well as quarterly agency outcome reports.•Create and maintain an ETO training curriculum, user manual and instructional materials.

•Teach weekly legal education classes to juvenile offenders about the law and their rights in East Palo Alto, Redwood City, San Mateo, and South San Francisco.•Assist in the recruitment and selection of over 50 Law Program volunteers annually. •Assist in the recruitment and success of over 400 at-risk youth annually. •Regularly represent FLY’s interests at community and Juvenile Justice Meetings such as, San Mateo County Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commission, Mayor’s Gang Prevention Task Force, and East Palo Alto Youth and Youth Adult Serving Agency Consortium.•Plan and execute field trips to Stanford University and Redwood City Superior Court for juvenile offenders in FLY’s legal education program.•Build and maintain relationships with probation officers, attorneys, judges, and policy makers. •Mentor and case manage juvenile offenders through the legal process and beyond.
