Operating as a specialist RC with Manpower UK, spearheading growth in supply chain & logistics area in the South East. Promoted and transferred to head office after 3 months to lead team selling satellite cover acting as an intermediary between management and sales staff. Broke several sales records includinghighest number of sales in a given day, week and month. Consistent top performer in total sales and sales per shift - never achieving less than 10 deals weekly on a target of 7, averaging 20 deals per week with a record high of 42. I lead the recruitment of new staff and restructured the training for new starters and ongoing coaching for existing staff which lead to an increase in team performance by almost 50%. I was also in charge of script writing based around the companies desired NLP guidelines. I had great success and earnings in this role and was inline to become office manager before I returned to the UK

Started as recruitment consultant covering Suffolk specialising in work based apprenticeships, this included the full 360 of gaining the vacancy from a new client, sourcing suitable candidates, pre screening and matching as well as following up throughout the course of the apprenticeship. I was promptly promoted to Senior Consultant (the fastest progression to senior RC to date in the business) and was responsible for the recruitment and management of my own resourcing apprentice to assist with my admin tasks. I was awarded ‘New comer of the year’ in 2016 out of 60 new starters thanks to my work bringing a struggling cost centre from 30% YTD budget up to 108% with a forecast of 135%. Also able to help my resourcer gain promotion to full recruitment consultant in under a year (1 year ahead of his development plan).

Generating a sales pipeline and converting interest into sales of fuel cards, going on to manage accounts to ensure consistent usage of the product, competing against rival cards on price & service. Finished in top 3 of 40 sales staff in my first month, in month 3 I had doubled my target and was top performer in the office. I enjoyed the variety of this role, you could be prospecting a sole trader one day then a multinational haulier the next which ensured I kept a varied approach and was able to be reactive to the type of customer. Generating my own leads I was able to be creative in my approach, I had huge success calling new operator license applications from the VOSA website. During the Olympics I won the nationwide BP competition to sell the most BP cards and was given tickets to the London 2012 games. I was promoted to a senior sales role after 1 year whereby I recruited a team of 3 apprentices to assist me, as well as allowing me to complete my NVQ 3 in Business Management.
