Recent projects:- Designed and deployed a MongoDB database (self-hosted) and object schema for a data research / workflow application. Implemented MongoDB encryption at rest for data privacy. Wrote micro services and a rest API (C# .Net Core) to support inserting data and running queries using MongoDB aggregation pipeline.- Deployed a MinIO server for an application requiring Amazon S3 compatible large object storage. Wrote CLI utilities and micro services to store and retrieve large data objects.- Wrote a rest API for an enterprise turnkey device. Open API (Swagger) web application using .Net 7, providing full back-end API support to a suite of device-based applications including an enterprise web site. The back end included a MySQL database and other data sources and protocols.- Integrated and deployed a complex 3rd party Node.js web application (a medical imaging web viewer) into an existing web site. Designed and implemented a hybrid authorization mechanism to allow the main web site and Node.js app to share user credentials (bearer tokens obtained via a SQL Server database).
