Iran Construction Engineering Organisation (IRCEO) is a national organisation of construction engineers with more than 10,000 employees. IRCEO provides engineering services to the public by designing, controlling and inspecting the building construction projects. All buildings in Iran have to have a permit from IRCEO to be able to be approved by city councils as legal constructions.As a senior building inspector, I was responsible for a team of inspector engineers. My responsibilities included ensuring their work was up to defined standards.

This role involved the structural design of residential and commercial buildings. I have designed over 30 buildings since my certification was granted.The structures were mainly reinforced concrete structures with intermediate moment-resisting frame systems and steel structures with dual systems comprised of moment-resisting and braced frames.

Inspected the construction process of over 15 residential and commercial buildings.

I operated an array of construction processes along a main stretch of highway in northern Iran (164km length). I was responsible for different sections of the project in a mountainous geography. It was an absolute inclusive project in terms of vast variety of elements such as tunnels, culverts, bridges, different drainage systems, massive excavation and earth filling operations.
