Role:As a member of the IT/Development team, I served in the role of Senior SQL/ETL and Database Developer, Senior Software Developer, and Data Engineer. Within these capacities, I shoulder the responsibilities of spearheading SQL/Database/Data Warehouse/ETL development, overseeing the implementation of our insolvency management system, and crafting innovative data migration solutions.Core Activities:• Designing and implementing BI solutions including ETL and ELT development.• Efficiently importing and migrating extensive historical client data into our internal insolvency system during new client onboarding while ensuring seamless, automated report generation on a regular basis.• Managing the cash handling process, allocating the transactions, and processing client remittances.• Database admin and query performance tuning.Key Achievements:• Implementing and managing of automated processes of an industry-leading platform that facilitates communication and interactions between creditors and debt buyers, as well as between creditors and debt collection agencies.• Designing and overseeing the development of a Reporting Server Data Warehouse hosted on a dedicated SQL Server.• Automated data matching process and voting system.

Role:• Working as Senior SQL/ETL Developer and Data Analyst in Technology team, I was responsible for providing SQL development, data mapping, and data migration support services to EML business groups as part of new client onboarding. Core Activities:• Analysing complex and large-scale data sets and structures to enable case migration from external systems in different jurisdictions such as ACT government and BHP.• Designing and developing ETL process and data mapping using SSIS and complex SQL scripts.• Managing SIT and UAT for data migration. • Database admin and performance tuning.

Role:Leading an Operations Technology team, I was responsible for project management activities, managing SIT/UAT, JIRA issues and releases, team-leadership, market data analysis, design and development of real-time, algorithmic and automated high frequency trading applications such as multiple data feeds for external data providers including Reuters, ICE Data, UBS and Bloomberg.Key Achievements Included:Developed and designed Market Data Provider Feeds with dynamic subscriptions of different types of instruments such as Futures, FX Spot, FX Forward, Bond Yields (the data consumed and used by the Intraday trading systems).Developed and designed several modules for trading in multiple future contracts simultaneously which reduced the extensive cost and the fees associated with rolling into a single future contract.Developed and designed a Trading Data Replication system for remote trading in Chicago, which enabled to deploy the trading applications close to the exchange and placing the market orders as quickly as possible.

Role:Worked in a Replication Subsystem on the development of Odin (state-of-the-art C3IS system for command, decision support and communication: Its technology supports land, air and sea-based units, and it builds on the NATO standards such as MIP and C2IEDM APP6A). Core Activities:Participated in the design and implementation of the replication part of Odin including architectural work and test coordination of system level tests with international partners; developed Subsystem Design Specification and Software Design Specifications; and developed command, control and communication systems for military operations.Key Achievements:Appointed to an architectural role for future design of the Odin and as Project Manager substitute, I drove on-time delivery of several projects and coordinated testing with international partners in other NATO countries.

ROLE: 10/2002 - 01/2004Worked on the development and transfer of a Connection Manager from Ericsson Denmark to the Design Center in Melbourne and from May 2003 to January 2004, I was transferred to Ericsson Ireland. The project included writing CMG Implementation Proposals and creating the database design; development and maintenance as well as testing of the integrated system; implementation of CMG core components such as database gateway component in C++ and CORBA (which acts as a gateway between the database stored procedures and CORBA server components). This required extensive knowledge of ATM, MPLS implementation and testing of the connections.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:Successfully transferred the CMG project to Melbourne Australia and later to Athlone Ireland; secured the deliveries to BT (British Telecom) according to a contract of $80 million despite closing the Design Center in Melbourne; and assisted planning and managing the transfer of the CMG project from Copenhagen (Denmark) to Melbourne (Australia) and Athlone (Ireland).ROLE: 06/1996 - 10/2002Worked within the Management Systems & Solutions Department as Team Leader of the Database Team and as a Member of the System Management Team on the development of a Connection Manager (primarily for ATM networks). KEY ACHIEVEMENT:Successfully delivered the first version of the Connection Manager for the ATM network and received approval for further implementation from the sponsors.
