-After five years of experience in petroleum geomechanics and reservoir engineering, I am actively looking for a job opportunity in geomechanics/reservoir engineering. -After completing my M.Sc. courses and thesis in petroleum reservoir engineering atthe Sharif University of Technology, the most prestigious and competitive engineering university in Iran, I started my PhD period in 2009 at the University of Alberta, which is among the five top universities in Canada. I passed several (petroleum) geomechanics-related courses during my PhD term (mentioned in my profile) which enriched my knowledgeabout solid mechanics, advanced continuum mechanics, advanced soil mechanics, petroleum geomechanics (including hydraulic fracturing, sand production, wellbore stability) and rock mechanics. My Ph.D. thesis revolved around (conventional and critical state) elastoplastic constitutive modeling and solid/sand production, two subjects that are my comfort zone for the time being. During my short postdoctoral period at the University of Saskatchewan, I also obtained some valuable geomechanical experience in numerical modeling and laboratory testing of wellbore acoustic logs. In brief, my sound insight into both petroleum reservoir and geomechanics engineering can differentiate me as an outstanding candidate for the relevant positions. Great GPAs in the course of my high school diploma, B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. terms also reflect a strong record of my scientific achievements.
