I take part in a clinical study for Teclictamab at Oncolille, focussing on cancer heterogeneity, plasticity, and therapeutic resistance. My principal research is on the identification and characterisation of neoantigens in multiple myeloma, with the goal of improving therapy outcomes. I use my expertise in immunology, bioinformatics, and advanced flow cytometric immunophenotyping to assess cancer immunogenicity and the immune system's adaptive response to therapies. This research builds on my prior expertise, whereby I contributed to understanding the significance of CD8+ Tscm and CD8+ TRM cells role.
