سوپروایزر ساخت تجهیزات مکانیکال مخازن ال ان جی مخازن ال ان جی با قطر تقریبی 80 متر و ارتفاع 50 متر به ظرفیت 140.000 متر­مكعب گاز مایع را در دمای منفی 160 درجه سانتیگراد نگهداری می کنند و از جمله مخازن با تکنولوژی بالا در فرآیند ساخت و بهره برداری محسوب می شوند. پروژه ایران ال ان جی شامل مخازن ذخیره‌سازی ال ان جی و ال پی جی با ظرفیت‌های زیر می­‌شودسه مخزن ذخیره محصول ال ان جی هر كدام به ظرفیت 140.000 متر­مكعبدو مخزن ذخیره محصول ال پی جی هر كدام به ظرفیت 30.000 متر­مكعب که یکی از انها برای محصول پروپان و دیگری برای محصول بوتان اختصاص دارد. من در پروژه ایران ال ان جی یک سال به عنوان ناظر کنترل کیفیت و بیش از دو سال به عنوان سرپرست ساخت مکانیکال مخازن فعالیت داشتم. EPC Project about Three LNG and Two LPG Double Wall Tanks Which They Are Including of Tank, Piping and Steel Structure. Capacity of LNG Tanks Are 140000 m3 and They Storage Liquid Natural Gas in -167° C. For LPG Tanks These Mentioned Numbers are 45000 m3 & -50° C. Used Materials in Inner Tank Are Low Temperature Material Like 9% Ni and Wide Range of Welding Process Like SMAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW Are Used in Various Parts of Tanks.Duties & Responsibilities Preparation the PQR According to the WPS, Welder Qualification Test, Control and Inspection of Welder and Consumable Electrode during Execution Work. Check of Material Delivery to the Site and Inspect of Material Storage Situation. Inspection of Welding Requirement According Project Specification, Check of Weld & Welder Skill during Erection Work for Expedite Project. Implement of V.T - P.T- V.B.T- P.L.T, NDT in workshop and job site. Preparation of Mechanical Workshop Prefabricate of Dome Roof Steel Structure in workshop Installation & welding of Suspended Deck and Related Hangers (Al Plate & GMAW Process) Installation and Welding of Second and Third Bottom Plate (9% Ni)  Prefabricate & Installation of Pipes  Estimated and Calculated of Manpower and Requirement Equipment to Accomplish Related Task in Proper Time.
