Job Responsibility:• Determining the B2B sales strategies & implementing marketing plans by analyzing trends and results.• Communicating with different stakeholders & decision makers to get selected for different project. • Assessing project need, preparing tender documents or customized proposal for clients. • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.• Monitoring the functional activities of different projects from different phase simultaneously. • Preparing yearly business plan, proposing sales budget & implementing strategies with less variance. • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.• Maintains national sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.• Preparing tender documents for different projects by analyzing different technical aspects of project. • Liaison with Govt. and private corporate houses & involved in Brand Building through PR activities.• Checking & evaluating Preliminary drawing of project, making Proposal & giving clarification of queries• Create strong market existence by delivering every project in most effective way on time. • Building Trustworthy relationship with Key Clients by making customer creation and retention plan.Major Achievements:• Achieved BDT 5000M sales revenue in 1st year with 20% growth by leading a team of 15 people. • Restructured the Department & established PMO office with necessary framework. • Managed over 60 projects for 80+ clients (Govt. & Private sector) among which Railway bridge construction & Power plant (330MW capacity) projects are notable. • Handling Bid Management & JV Management where value of Single Bid was BDT 3500 Crore.• 110% personal target achievement by discovering new business opportunities.
