Manage global team of New Product Manufacturing Engineers (Texas, California, India, Singapore) for $1B+ business unit (See job description below). Led corporate roll out of cross-functional "Virtual Build/Analysis" teams, identifying new methods and software to validate designs prior to purchase orders and physical builds, also identifying new CAD and Virtual Reality opportunities to assist in this process. Led development of issue logging portal to capture all issues in one database across corporation. Issues are logged and distributed to action owners from virtual design through manufacturing all the way through customer start up. Leading business unit efforts to change how Bills of Materials are generated through new software applications for better repeatability and accuracy.

Develops, implements, and releases new product BOMs and product structure. Works with key stakeholders to develop and implement new product manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategies. Engages in 3D solid model virtual analysis process, including Master Layout and Digital Mock Up. Actively participates in design reviews, providing DFA, DFAe, DFTp, ITO, and operational efficiency improvement feedback to new product development team to drive cost, quality, and cycle time goals. Develops the initial manufacturing strategy in alignment with the planned sourcing strategy. Estimates manufacturing Sequence of Events (SOE) cycle times and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new product. Leads the Managed Build process.
