ChemRate calculates temperature, pressure, and time dependent distribution functions and rate constants of unimolecular chemical reactions on the basis of transition state theory by solving the master equation. Developed a multi-threaded Windows service that operates as a communication layer between client application and GPS device. Built custom maps using ESRI AcrGIS and MapObjects.Designed and coded Homeland Security Response Action Model (HLS-RAM). HLS-RAM is a modeling and simulation system that allows users to develop, validate, and execute emergency and contingency plans, perform “what if” analysis, manage emergency resources. HLS-RAM is developed for the DoD Joint Forces Staff College (JFSC) and National Defense University (NDU). The system allows users to simulate WMD and HAZMAT events. HLS-RAM could run both in server and client modes and allows faculty and student access to the scenarios and learning documentation and resources via the Intranet.
