I have obtained Master degree from Rajshahi University. By virtue of long experience in Development sectors I am very much familiar to implementation any development programs/projects. I have been involved in Development sectors for almost 22 years (15 years exclusively in WASH) with deferent national and international NGOs in deferent programs. I have professional skill on need assessment process, develop program implementing plan & budget and coordination with deferent stakeholders. Support the Project staffs in all aspects of project implementation, including quality programming, capacity building, advocacy, M&E, documentation, standardization, finance according to the donor’s policies and procedures. Also provide guidance and support to documentation, as well as monitor and technical support the work of the implementing partners. I am habituated work under pressure. Have stronger skill in training and workshop organization, conduction and coordination for the community, staff and other stakeholder. I am familiar to work in partnership approach. Able to produce quality reports on various issues. I have quality to work any kind of conditions and situations and can think, realize, and understand in depth with strong logic and rational attitude. I have the ability to work as an effective team member providing high standard of service. I am able to prepare and schedule to perform a successful work and well conversant with major problems in implementing the programs as well as challenges.
