As part of my internship at AI Brain Labs, affiliated with the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand , I have been building a next-gen interview and recruitment platform using Python, Django, FastAPI, and NLP. This project aims to revolutionize how interviews are conducted, evaluated, and streamlined for HR teams. Key features include:Voice and Liveness Detection: The system supports real-time voice transcription, tone analysis, and liveness checks, ensuring interview authenticity and enabling deeper insights into candidate responses.Customizable HR Backend: HR professionals can personalize interview settings, adjust scoring metrics, and select specific criteria tailored to different job roles, creating a truly adaptable interview experience.Resume Integration: By analyzing resumes before interviews, the system generates personalized questions and scoring, providing a tailored experience for each candidate.Scoring and Reporting Dashboard: Post-interview, a detailed dashboard summarizes candidates' qualitative and quantitative scores, giving HR a comprehensive overview.This project has been an amazing hands-on experience, merging AI, backend development, and HR tech to create a powerful tool for modern recruitment. PRESIDENT of the INTERACT CLUB , a sister club of the ROTARY AND ROTARACT Clubs.Lead an array of members and volunteers and formed an efficient Board Of Directors who were felicitated innumerable times for being the best in the country. We also organised food donation drives for the needy, NGO visits , charity cricket and soccer matches, donation of warm blankets during winters to the one's in need.We also hosted hundreds of entrepreneurial seminars where CEOs of different start-ups enlightened our members and instilled a spirit of entrepreneurship. Cryptocurrency seminars by industry experts were a unique thing we introduced in 2020.
