This plan significantly increased leadership diversity, enhanced inclusive leadership capabilities, and improved employees' sense of belonging. My initiatives led to increased diverse representation within leadership roles and improved retention of underrepresented employees.My mission is to empower individuals and organizations to achieve excellence through the lens of inclusion.
