I built a tactical (~4-24 months rolling horizon) planning app providing an intuitive visualization of the workload of about 25 resource centers accross Design/Engineering, Mechanical workshop and Site Installation. The tactical plan helped even the workload for the operational (0-4 months) planning by giving inputs for make-or-buy decisions or resources.

At Novafont we help Scandinavian pharmaceutical companies with outsourcing of drug discovery and development projects to India. Kemwell had by that time recently acquired a Swedish manufacturing facility and the work with leveraging the synergies between the units had just started.
