At Greentek I prototyped and tested several new innovative products for Industrial IoT, used in the area of smart lighting . Managing the production aspects of the product and the continuous lifecycle improvements is a critical part in the development of the product where i bring extensive knowledge through use of digital manufacturing skills. Together with the software team we are working at improving testing, deploying and usability of the products and prototypes.Merging together technologies like CAD design, Hardware Engineering and 3D Printing I am able to provide complex custom solutions that allows Greentek Lighting to deliver the most advanced industrial IoT lighting solutions ever built.

Smart Glasses for Industry 4.0Clark.Vision provides a solution based on augmented reality (AR) to improve technicians efficiency andsafety across industries. The AR smart glasses have features such as camera with continuousQR scanning, thermovision, wireless connectivity, sensors and an integrated head-up display.From factories and warehouses to fieldwork, Clark.Vision offers a scalable solution, being part of amodular ecosystem.Clark.Vision can accommodate various use cases by adapting hardware and software according toour business partners. Its hardware and software is modular thus allowing for customizationof the product according to the client’s needs. The head-up display offers real timeinformation easing the work of the employee and allowing for a boost in productivity.

JEM-EUSO experimental development project for European Space Agency.At Zitec my work has focused on developing the hardware systems for a laboratory prototype of an advanced photodetector setup that can make use of the SIPM technology and demonstrate its further use in the JEM-EUSO project . I have managed the time estimations, parts orders and suppliers communications. Main challenges have been working with special equipments and developing complex systems designs , and on the electronics side to develop electronics within very tight tolerances and with high density on PCB's.Helped prototype and test several new innovative products for internal Zitec business lines.Main responsibilities included :CAD/CAM 3D design using FreeCAD for pcb cases and 3D printed prototypes manufactured on our 3d printer.C , PSOC embedded programming and software integration with hardware devices .PCB design using EAGLE on single sided and double sided layers PCB's.PCB assembly and manufacturing using SMD/SMT devices , microcontrollers and passive elements.Internet of Things design of devices .Analog and digital electronics designs.

At iMAKE3D i have designed numerous functional components using CAD software and also various prints who included some custom electronics to make them interactive or to add functionalities. Learned how to design and print components for various fields of interests and with a wide range of materials using a wide range of 3D printers.CAD design using CATIA , SOLIDWORKS , SCULPTRIS.3D models preparation and slicing for 3D printing.Electronics designs implementations in 3D prints.3D modeling from parts and 2D designs.

Team Leader at Xprojects.ro - managed a team of 6+ hardware and product designers.X-Projects it is an ONG with the main purpose of research in the electronics and robotics field.Great achievements are the participation at Nasa Lunar Mining Competition and the first underwater robotics competition in Romania.Via X-Projects i have contributed in a few projects with expertise in robotics and electronics.
