Molefi is computer literate and is an advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel including WinQs and DimensionX softwares.

Preparing bills of measurement for final accounts if measured from drawings;3. Preparing specifications and/or schedules of rates;4. Contractual correspondenceInvolved with Tendering & Contractual Arrangements which entails the following:1. Formulating or implementing procedures on tendering & contractual arrangements for main or sub-contracts or contracts of supply2. Advising on selection of tenderers; evaluation of & reporting on tendersInvolved with Contract Services which entails the following:1. Cost control during progress of the works2. Preparing valuations for interim certificates3. Analysing contract prices relative to cost recording methods4. Preparing & agreeing final accounts & contract charges5.
