Key responsibilities include:Creative Leadership: Elevating the creative standards by generating innovative ideas and providing leadership in concept development. Effectively producing storyboards, shot lists, and basic scripts as part of pre-production processes.Technical Expertise: Demonstrating excellent video production and editing skills, with a deep understanding of codecs, sequence settings, and export formats. Directing on-camera talent with or without a script, ensuring a high level of production quality.Multi-Project Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating seamlessly with our team to constructively critique and sense-check ideas and video content. Prioritising tasks effectively and maintaining a high level of productivity under pressure.Digital Proficiency: Showcasing a good grasp of the digital environment and social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Livestream, X, TikTok & Instagram. Creating content promotions for on-air and social media, contributing to audience building and advertiser response.Leadership and Guidance: Mentoring and guiding more junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the team.
