I started my journey in creative marketing as a musician, thinking up all kinds of ways to promote my music before it was a cool thing to do. I graduated from AUD with a BBA in management and took a job in my family business Sub Gate Interiors. I learned a lot about the operation side of things and continued pushing the music forward. My brother and music partner Ayham and I started our music distribution imprint called hrmny and started molding it into a boutique music label.We used hrmny as a launch pad to throw events, launch our albums, and foster brand relationships. We started seeing interest from businesses/brands, and our confidence in hrmny as a brand was growing.In 2017, I was scouted by Spotify Global for a campaign that took me to Canada to record a song with one of the most revered rappers in the world, and later on, tour through the US to perform with some of my inspirations in music.In late 2017, my partners Majeed and Ayham and I decided to launch hrmny as a creative agency and put 100% of our energy into building an agency that could compete with the big dogs....one day.We bootstrapped hrmny in 2018 and we continue to run the business today. in 2024 we operate in Dubai and Riyadh and have a combined team of 60-70 professionals specializing in social media, content, branding, and production.I have worked my way up from community manager to one of our very first accounts, to now heading up operations in Dubai. My job encompasses business operations, HR, Finance, Production & Project Management, and a few other things that I have been learning how to offload and delegate.I am a solution-focused team player with a passion for building my internal community of creatives.
