DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Preparing and regularly updating the situation analysis of child protection and HIV/AIDS and utilizing such analysis for planning, monitoring and advocacy• Contributing to evidence-informed planning and resource allocation among government counterparts• Participating in cross-sectoral advocacy planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting• Documenting experiences and lessons learned and using them to inform planning, resource allocation, advocacy and policy dialogue among partners• Building and maintaining partnerships and professional relationships with relevant actors for the purposes of improved coordination and resource leverage• Providing technical assistance and capacity support to government counterparts and NGO partners• Participating in emergency response

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide training, leadership, management, coordination and supervision of all aspects of sponsorship of EveryChild in Cambodia.• Support the development and implementation of the Country Strategic Plan and Plans of the Sponsorship function.• Prepare a strategy for moving towards community managed sponsorship and support partner organizations in working with communities. • Prepare annual budget planning based on the annual operational plan, strategies, activities and needs for the advocacy activities. • Manage Child Protection matters in the liaison office and ensure all work and activities are conducted in accordance with EvC Child Protection policy, guidelines and procedures and report any concerns accordingly.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage Sponsorship Project in Sponsorship Operations of the Programme working on Customer Relations Service, Child Management Standard (CMS), Child Protection, Child Abuse, Child Labour, Leadership and Management.• Prepare Sponsorship Management Project Logframe, Narrative Sponsorship Annual Plan of Action and Annual Budget. Monitor and reflect on the Sponsorship Management Project implementation• Regularly monitor and evaluate the agreed plan and review and record the past activities to improve learning development.• Design plan of action for the Sponsorship Relations Service as well as coordinate plan and provide training to Village Development Committee and Commune Development Committee• Mobilize the Children In Program's family and the community people to participate and distribute their available local resources for development activities• Enhance and maintain the relationship with the Children In Program
