Fantappy is a daily fantasy sports startup at the intersection of mobile gaming and Conversational AI. We built two products, two conversational mobile games on Facebook Messenger: our first game was Chip Putt Double, a free daily fantasy golf game designed to help grow the game and the second game we launched is What The Puck our hockey version that we grew to 25k users in the first month. We built an addictive game engine that had our users come 2x per day which generated over 92 700 sessions and 655 000 messages per month.Our team is made up of Google, Nvidia, Cisco, Facebook, and Instagram engineers.

Consulted HostPapa as a product manager for their new acquisition of the public company Data Deposit Box (DDB.CN). Planned and executed a new product roadmap post-acquisition. The first problem we tackled was the web app’s usability. I worked with the design team to improve the platform's UI/UX re-design. Data Deposit Box provides the lowest cost cloud storage and cloud backup services to SMBs worldwide.Managed roadmaps, partnerships and launches of all add-on and ancillary products including SSL certificates, ProtectionPower (website security automation), PapaCare+, Automated Website Backup, Website Builder DIFM, and domain registration. I've grown their revenue from add-ons from 30% year-over-year. I prepared product positioning documents, PRDs, and product roadmaps for the c-level executives and conducted competitive research and analysis for different products to identify the challenges our customers faced and develop solutions to overcome them and deliver value.

Consulted HostPapa on the automation of their customer support by leveraging their existing knowledge base and history of tickets. Prepared discovery documents for HostPapa to have a better understanding of the state of conversational AI for live chat support. I compared and tested market providers products and features. I analyzed their historical chat data to identify problematic areas and built workflows that a conversational AI could improve.The goal was to reduce the number of tickets, filter and route the customer requests and automate the up-selling and cross-selling of their products. I reported directly to the CEO and COO.

After leaving a B2B AIaaS startup, I founded IQT AI to help golf courses reduce the no-shows using a conversational AI product I developed called Golfbot which I integrated with their golf booking engine. After reducing the no-shows by 50% and saving them tens of thousands of dollars.Between September 2020, I built and launched web app called ChopChopMenu to help women 30-55 eat healthier during Covid. I orchestrated the launch and generated $25k in the first month. This experience included a conversational AI driven chef. We exited the company to a competitor food startup in January 2021.
