I earned a Masters in Educational Leadership and Policy from The University of Texas at Austin and have worked at several institutions including Texas State University, The University of Texas at San Antonio, and The University of Texas at Austin. My passions in higher education include helping and mentoring underrepresented students achieve their educational and career goals, as well as incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion work in both my job responsibilities and workplace.
