Offering dedicated consultancy assistance to big export projects for Aragón companies. The size of the projects deserved dedicated assitance for periods from 3 to 6 months. The assistance included the design of the integral international strategy involving all aspects of going abroad: market selection, market analysis, implementation in foreign countries, best implementation strategy, contracting of new personal, etc. On that period I was in charge of 4 different projects.

I lead the foreign strategy of the company opening the first office abroad, in Italy and followed by other 6 offices abroad, Portugal, France, Germany, England, Poland and Hungary. I managed the international sales action of the company in Spain and Europe.
