I have conducted over 700 technical security audits and approx. 50 computer and network forensic cases within both private and public sector.I strongly believe that a majority of all security issues - encountered or latent - are the symptoms of ignorance, the lack of corporate policies and routines or deviations thereof. Many of these could quite easily be avoided by a correct application of IT governance, and by establishing the actual needs of the organization within the IT organization.As a person I am proactive and enterprising, and I have the ability to motivate others. I easily understand and read the organizational needs and agenda, and I implement those technically with focus on security, usability and transparency. I am thorough, always focusing on high quality and I fully understand the importance of thorough documentation - all in order to prevent future issues and backlogs, and to facilitate the work of others.I am a very experienced and pedagogic first chair educator, speaker and spokesperson on the subject of security. I am passionate in bringing knowledge to the level of the hearer, should it be the board of directors, the development team, the IT department or the end user.My present career goal is to strengthen my acquired skills further in depth and to focus more on software design.
