Day-to-day I undertake laboratory analysis of water from a variety of sources and on occasions other matrices in strict adherence to analytical methods standard operating procedures. I have mainly focused on preparing samples to investigate whether Pseudomonas and E.coli are present.

I had a part-time job dog walking/sitting alongside studying at university. This involved letting myself into houses to collect and transport dogs for their walks and keeping the owners up-to-date with photos and any important information. This has improved my time management and organisational skills to ensure balanced work and studying time.

In just over a year I was promoted to Crew Trainer, where I have trained over ten new employees. This involved answering any questions they may have and teaching in a way which works for them.
