In this role my main duties included raising purchase orders and receipts, confirming work orders, invoicing, handling invoice and PO queries, creating hazardous waste labels, processing wages, updating a wide range of spreadsheets and trackers, filing and other admin duties. I used a range of systems daily such as Workday, Salesforce and Google office software.

My main duties in this role included data entry, query handling and resolution through online query systems and via telephone, debriefing drivers, investigating failed deliveries and general office admin duties. In this role I worked closely with the office and warehouse teams to ensure tasks were completed efficiently and the warehouse operations ran smoothly.
