What will your legacy be to the world? Are you on that path now?My grandfather received a deferment from the military during World War II because he had two children and a third on the way (my father). Out of a sense of loyalty and integrity, and despite great personal cost, he volunteered for the war. My grandmother, having the same constitution as my grandfather, gave birth and led the family by herself while her husband was fighting various battles on another continent. My grandfather returned home in the middle of a blizzard on December 21, 1945. To say he was eager to meet his two-year-old son would be an understatement. They would have six more children after my father, and to this day December 21 is still a very much celebrated day in my family. My grandparents wanted what any good leader wants, which is to have those in their care surpass them. This is the legacy I inherited and the one I strive to continue for my family, friends, and professional networks. I take great pride in my reputation and am looking for an organization of elite, high-caliber individuals that does the same.
