I am currently working as part of Morson's HR Outsourcing Team as an Early Careers Consultant. Throughout my career, I have harnessed a passion for evaluating and enhancing apprentice and graduate programmes to optimise talent development and organisational growth. I am driven by my commitment to designing and executing innovative talent strategies that not only optimise organisational success, but also foster a culture of inclusivity and equity. Central to my approach is the prioritisation of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) policies and practices.Currently, I am proud to be serving as an Early Careers Advisor at Urenco, a global leader in the nuclear industry working towards Net Zero. In this role, I am entrusted with the responsibility of reviewing and refining Urenco's apprentice and graduate provisions to ensure they align with industry best practices and meet the evolving needs of both the organisation and its aspiring talents.As an active member of the social impact committee at Urenco, I thoroughly enjoy fostering parternships and harnessing change within our field, on both a local and global level. Collaborating with like-minded individuals and businesses amplifies our ability to address pressing societal challenges and create lasting, positive change.My passion for learning and my ambition to tackle new challenges has shaped my academic and professional path. With an undergraduate degree in Applied Psychology from Durham University and a Master's in Occupational Psychology from the University of Manchester, I've gained insights into human behavior and organisational dynamics.
