Hello, I am Molly. I am an experienced and enthusiastic fundraiser with experience in non-profit foundations, development, board management and capital campaign readiness.I have served in a variety of career positions and also offer training on Customer Service, Civility, and Fundraising through my consulting business, Training With Molly. I have been training and consulting for 14 years and I love to help people learn and grow.I recently completed the Certificate of Fund Raising Management (CFRM) from the Lilly School for Philanthropy and enjoy focusing on community fundraising, donor-centered copy-writing, and annual appeal design/preparation. I enjoy, above all else, working with people. Through training and workshops, I like to connect with people and help them discover new ideas or new things about themselves. My passions include training on topics such as Civility, Customer Service, Networking, Personal Accountability, and Staff Development. I also enjoy working with undergraduates and helping them gain the skills they need to be strong professionals when they graduate. I am also committed to helping veterans who are transitioning to the private sector gain professional skills they need.
