I know how to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients—whether in the past, foster children as a social worker or donors as a not-for-profit director. I grew up in Lake Forest, Illinois, graduated with a B.A. from the City University of New York, and completed a Masters in Public Policy/Political Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago. I have lived in Manhattan, Atlanta, rural South Carolina, Italy and France, and truly appreciate diverse cultures and people. After returning to the Chicago area in the 1980s, I've lived in Lake View, South Shore, North Kenwood, and currently live in South Kenwood. I am the mother of two wonderful sons and share my home with two dogs and two cats. I love Chicago and the vibrancy of the people, the arts, the culture, as well as the distinct nuances of each neighborhood.
