Oversees the efficient and effective operations of multiple affordable housing programs to ensure the delivery of high quality services to tenants. Worked as the NY Connects point of contact to provide assistance and counseling to seniors and caregivers to help them access long term care information and resources in the community. Worked with seniors to inform them of the agencies that offered services to meet their needs and communicated with these agencies on behalf of clients to make referrals and help them acquire services. Directed referrals and inquires to the case worker through phone or e-mail. Discussed client cases with other departments at the Department of Social Services, such as Medicaid, Food Stamps, and Public Assistance in order to best coordinate services.

Provide administrative support for the Cornell University athletic summer camps which provides services to over 5,000 families. Responsible for managing camper accounts through the online registration system, facilitating correspondences with campers, families, coaches, and other staff, helping process payments, and ensuring the camps run smoothly and efficiently.
