I have experience as a Senior Recruiter with Velocity Consulting Services and have been in this position for three years. In addition I was a Social Caseworker C with Arapahoe County Human Services and held this position for over three years. I was a Denver Adult Probation officer for the Colorado Judicial Branch for ten months. I also have held the position of a senior recruiter and was in this position for seven months. Previous I was a senior caseworker with the Denver Department of Human Services and held that position for seven years. I was the Deputy Director at Phoenix, and CSC and was in this position for two years in which I supervised 50-60 employees. I have over two years experience as a Day Reporting Supervisor and Electronic Paging Program Supervisor with Community Education Centers. I was employed with the State of Montana as an Institutional Probation and Parole Officer. I also have over three and a half years of experience in case management in community corrections some of these years I acted at the senior case manager as we did not have a supervisor at the time. The following are some examples of my work performances and factors related to doing an outstanding job. My quality of work is neat, accurate, and thorough. I have job knowledge in this field of work and learn quickly the requirements of tasks. I am reliable at all times and make sure that duties are completed and the follow-ups are done. I am very punctual and am confident in my work accuracy. I find it imperative to always have precision in my work. I am very reliable in my punctuality and consistency to make it to work daily. I have the intuitive to seek out new assignments and assume additional duties when necessary. I believe that I have a very good understanding and great knowledge of rules and regulation standards of whom I am employed with and am very familiar with the legal field. In my work I am willing and demonstrate the ability to cooperate, work and communicate with co-workers, supervisors, subordinates, and outside agencies. Judgment is a necessary tool, I believe that I have good and proper judgment and decision making skills that allow me to make correct and timely decisions.
