Developed the brand architecture for American Express’ product suite in order to successfully position themselves in the digital payments category. Led the SAP competitive audit research and used it to inform the brand strategy designed to establish them as a top ten brand. Conducted focus groups to help SAP grow their internal Brand Ambassador program and ensure employees understood how to implement the SAP brand.

Focused on uncovering customer needs, positioning brands and designing memorable experiences for brands such as Chick-fil-A and Pratt & Whitney.- Led ethnographic research, developed consumer personas and conducted journey map concept testing to develop the future restaurant and app experience for Chick-fil-A. - Analyzed industry surveys and led customer interviews in order to develop the brand positioning for Pratt & Whitney, which established their leadership within the engine manufacturing industry and communicated their expertise to airline customers.- Built Pratt & Whitney’s aftermarket services program through positioning, naming and product architecture in order to maintain customer loyalty and support relationships over the lifetime of the airplane engine.- Created a field guide for urban restaurant operators to help them better understand the needs of urban customers in order to strengthen customer relationships, build brand loyalty and increase restaurant sales.

Developed the brand strategy for a new line of Hilton hotels catered to business travel. The hotel concept was pitched to the senior level marketing team, where it was selected to be implemented by Hilton Worldwide. Project included collecting and analyzing market data to develop the brand identity and hotel experience, and managing the development of brand guidelines and internal collateral to be used for presentations with hotel developers.

Developed a lifestyle strategy to help Under Armour reach $10 billion in sales by 2020. Provided recommendations for product line expansion in order to increase purchase opportunities for current consumers.
