-Managed asset and audio acquisition with external partners and facilitated processing assets into vinyl records (lacquer cutting, direct metal mastering) or their corresponding print components (liner notes, magazines, high end art prints) across 3 monthly high volume releases and concurrent low volume exclusive releases.-Maintained and began relationships with external partners, including production vendors and manufacturers (mastering engineers, pressing plants, printing companies, etc.) as well as music labels, vendors, and artists’ management teams.-Managed timelines for project deliverables (assets, approvals) to ensure on-time completion of products by acquiring and sharing necessary assets and approval dates with both external and internal partners.-Managed the sample review process to ensure team members are providing the necessary input, ensuring quality and escalating defects with proposed reconciliation (cost, timeline to fix, etc), as well as listening to test pressings as needed.-Maintained Shopify website by coordinating assets & product data and building product pages optimized for SEO, averaging 500k unique sessions of website traffic and an average of 40k sales per month.-Maintained Shopify integration for a subscription-based platform across 6 different experiences.-Developed artist, label and partner relationships by acting as primary contact for building products and communicating sales insights.-Coordinated with marketing team to develop product copy, marketing plans and campaigns, averaging $2 million total revenue monthly.
