Responsible for supervising and overseeing the Adventure Hill Challenge Course: high and low ropes, climbing tower, and zipline and all associated classes, lessons, activities, training, and curriculum. Support the overall operations of the Orange County Boy Scouts of America.Demonstrate proficient knowledge and implementation of mandated course safety standards and regulations in accordance with American Red Cross, BSA National Camp Accreditation Program (NCAP), American Camp Association (ACA), Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT), and best industry practices. Must be able to maintain physical abilities to uphold certifications and act quickly in emergencies.Instructor development and in-service trainings and assist in overall administration and facilitation of programs as needed.Collaborate with developing and implementing new programs and activities.Complete regular inspections and maintenance of program equipment and facilities.Create, maintain and uphold facility standard operating procedures including opening and closing the facility, class tracking, and staff development.

Delivers therapeutic recreation services to a designated caseload of 10-20 teen and adolescent clients as assigned by the Clinical Director, focusing on promoting emotional well-being and facilitating meaningful activities.Leads and manages groups of clients, organizing and guiding daily outings, events, and activities during designated recreation time.Designs and conducts group therapy sessions, ranging from process-oriented discussions (CBT) to skill-based or educational groups (life skills, ADLs, symptom management) tailored to the needs of the clients.Collaborates closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive support for clients' needs and treatment plans.Implements evidence-based treatments in alignment with ethical guidelines, addressing a range of conditions including intensive psych-related mood disorders, trauma, eating disorders, and substance use.Maintains thorough and timely documentation of provided services, adhering to required protocols.Flexibility to undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Clinical Director to contribute to the overall success of the therapeutic program.

Seasonal; I managed and facilitated the Silverados Program (adults 21+). I created the schedule and delegated assignments to rotational employees to lead high adventure activities. I also obtained wilderness first aid and preparation skills in this position.

I instructed Sender One's youth teams aged 5-17. I oversaw and delegated other coaches. The curriculum includes (but is not limited to): proper etiquette & technique, safety, team-building skills, interpersonal relationships, personal development plans, structured workouts, and varying drills for speed and accuracy. I also lead and facilitated Summer and Spring climbing camps for 60+ weekly children. I also operated the front desk. I utilized Rock Gym Pro and Mindbody in order to: add & remove members, schedule classes, birthdays, & group events, check-in, sales, handle money, etc. I also taught introduction to climbing classes for 1-15 participants, gave belay tests, monitored the floor, and did light cleaning duties.

I was responsible for the overnight position at Shady Canyon Gated Community. In this role I monitored the entrance gates for suspicious activity and aided residents and their guests with any security concerns. I communicated with the roving security guard inside the community to investigate any suspicious activity and gave nightly reports to my supervisor. I issued guest passes and controlled the gates to enable access for persons entering the community.

Operation of all "classic" Fantasyland attractions. Opening and closing procedures, day-to-day operation and coordination of attractions, including boarding and exiting riders, shutdown in emergency situations, walking attraction interiors and monitoring for safety, liaison with facilities & engineering, etc.
