I currently serve as Associate General Counsel of Globe Life (NYSE: GL), an S&P 500 company. In my current role, I am responsible for a broad range of legal work, including providing guidance to the company on marketing and advertising practices, evaluating claim benefit determinations, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, and opining on agency-related legal issues. Prior to joining Globe, I practiced as a transactional attorney at Foley & Lardner, where I assisted private equity and strategic clients on the purchase and sale of middle-market companies.
