During my time at Macquarie University, I took on the role of Learning Support Specialist at Macquarie University Disability Services. I was selected for the position based on my strong performance in the first semester. A significant aspect of my role involved providing detailed notetaking services to students. Whilst attending lectures and tutorials, I gathered information and condensed it into a comprehensible format tailored to the individual needs of each student. This process required attentiveness and adaptability to ensure that my fellow students received accurate and accessible notes to support their learning. By offering this vital service, I contributed to fostering an inclusive learning environment where all students could thrive and through this my passion for helping others really grew.
