Led store operations for 72 stores throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, New York, and Vermont with sales of $2.9+ billion. Responsible for inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and driving operational efficiency and brand equity. Serve as the liaison between headquarters' operations staff and store teams. Provide problem trouble-shooting support to District and Store Managers, as the operations expert/consultant.
