I have worked in the beauty industry since 2016. I started as an apprentice and worked my way up until i was fully qualified, something I am proud of. This experience has given me the transferable skills I need to provide a personable and friendly customer service in any situation. I have also on many occasions had to step up to cover managerial roles, using my initiative to competently manage a team and ensure the continued smooth running of the business.Customer Service and working within in a team has always been the forefront of my career history, I believe myself to be a very conscientious, hardworking individual and this has been the key to my success so far.My 2 year goal is to purchase my own property which I am in the process of saving for, this is why my next career move needs to be a long term, permanent move that is right for me, and my employer.I enjoy learning new skills and as a new person to a new industry, I can learn the processes of the business easier, and my work experience and personal traits mean I can also adapt quickly.
