As a CCIM and PhD Geographer, I am uniquely positioned to advise clients on the impacts of ESG on their commercial real estate assets and portfolios. During my time at Longevity Partners USA, I grew an Austin-based team from 8 to 40 talented and diverse employees who delivered high-impact sustainability solutions to create value for commercial real estate clients. Prior to Longevity Partners, I developed the sustainability studies bachelor’s degree program at The University of Texas at Austin and conducted policy-relevant research in Peru on the effects of climate change on mountain ecosystems and communities. In 2005, I co-founded a boutique commercial real estate firm with James H. Polk that represented buyers and sellers of investment properties and land in Austin, TX.
