Create menus to fit the budget and desires of clients for entertainment and business purposes. I coordinate with clients that rent charter boats and need custom catering for food and beverage for these events. I have personally created countless different menus including brunches, lunches, dinners and heavy horsd’oeuvres. I am passionate and take pride in my creations.

Worked as a sales and listing agent for boats and yachts.

Assisted the captain to safety of passengers and the day to day duties of running a charter boat. Coordinated with clients for events and planned the daily menu including all food and beverage. Responsible for all requests and budgeting for the client. Ensured that the clients were happy with the event. Made sure all equipment for fishing charters was up to date and ready for the day. This was a wide range job of hospitality and activities to entertain clients and their parties.

First mate on a day charter boat. Assisted captain in safety and day to day duties of running charters. Taught passengers how to snorkel safely through a coral reef. Educated passengers on the wildlife and history of the Island of St. Croix.
