Senior Account Manager
Current• Communicate with a team of 5+ designers, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate project risks with design teams, clients, and vendors to mitigate issues. • Maintain updated project documentation, such as meeting notes, client feedback, invoices, etc. and regularly communicate updates with stakeholders. • Onboard and train all new hires on company policies and best practices, ensuring a welcoming and positive onboarding experience. • Develop client’s employee onboarding and training modules in Articulate 360 to enhance new hire training and employee learning and development.
