- Coordinating the in-kind donation program, which sends out approximately $800,000 of value in autographed memorabilia and experiential packages to charitable fundraising events across the country each year.- Maintaining the Cubs Alumni Program, that includes arranging all alumni appearances for the organization, writing and distributing a quarterly Alumni Newsletter, and communicating important information to the former players on behalf of the organization.- Activating charitable appearances, special group outings to the field, fundraising events, and other community initiatives by the current players. - Developing innovative appearances to engage current players in the community, including the Cubs Read Around The Bases summer reading program.

- Working as a part of the community affairs department to coordinate events, donations, special programs, and to raise funds and awareness for Cubs Charities.- Managing in-game scoreboard messages program, which fundraised over $120,000 for Cubs Charities.

- Working as a part of the community relations department to coordinate events, donations, fundraising efforts, special programs, and to raise awareness for Chicago Blackhawks Charities and other community initiatives by the organization.- Managing major in-game fundraising efforts for Chicago Blackhawks Charities, including silent auction, mystery puck sales, and "Love for Lokomotiv" bracelets.- Using effective organizational and communication skills to manage zamboni ride schedule and ambassador calendars, and maintaining details records of donations and fan correspondence.
