Enthusiastic, positive and innovative. One who loves to question how things work and why it cannot be done in another(better) way. Having 6 years of experience in training, e-learning and system administration support in a Information and Communication Technology center enable me to understand how people, process and events work seamlessly well with each other. It also started me on the path to understand how to make Instruction (whether is printed, online or even face-to-face communication) works for the target audience.Having 7 years of hands-on experience as tester, project coordinator and technical writer opens up a new learning experience for me to understand how a product is being planned, coded, tested, documented and subsequently delivered to end-user. Fascinated to find the missing puzzles in delivering a good product in a timely manner are clear instructions, user-friendly and intuitive UI designs as well as agile project management, I took on the role as a Technical Writer in a Research and Development team that practices agile methodology.
