Provide HR outsourcing service to more than 100 foreign enterprises and representative offices , mainly engage in: -Provide consulting service to customers, mainly including: Chinese labor contract law, regulations regarding to social insurance, housing fund, annual leave, birth leave, individual income tax, and all the relevant labor regulations.-Calculate employee’s social insurance, housing fund and salary, individual income tax, severance，etc.-Handle on-board and termination exit issues for employees, including transfer in and out social insurance and housing fund, personal file, sign labor contract, provide demission documents, etc.-Mediate disputes between employer and employee, Help customers solve employee’s early termination issues. -Povide recruiting service to customers.-Make presentation to important customers to introduce Chinese social benefit, labor law and FESCO benefit.-Make payment notice, payroll according to customers’ requirement-BD new clients.
