– Organising Ariadne's flagship event, the Annual Reconnect and other project events in Europe and beyond; – Coordinating financial administration;– Collecting grants data from Ariadne members;– Supporting the collection of membership contributions;– Organising board and staff meetings;– Assisting with network communications, including the newsletter and Community Hub.

- Online and hybrid event organisation; Organic Innovation Days 2020/2021 (+300 participants), European Organic Congress 2020/2021 (1,500 registrations), Organic Food Conference 2021 (+100), project meetings. - Creating and organising the first-ever upcoming Organics Europe Youth Event 2022- Developing and implementing a new IFOAM Organics Europe's membership strategy in collaboration with IFOAM Organics International; - Assisting in the communication towards IFOAM Organics Europe Members (+200) and governing structures (Board and Council), as well as organising the General Assembly 2020/2021.

- Drafting and publishing content in the UN-SPIDER Knowledge Portal; - Production of public information and awareness-raising material; - Social media content creation, management and monitoring; - Support the Head of Office in communications with institutions and partners; - Coordinate with UNOOSA’s Office of the Director on communications and outreach.

- Defining and analyzing our target audience; - Coordinating a student team of 20 members;- Creating social media strategies (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram), obtaining +44,000 followers;- Collaborating with Spanish NGO Horizon One to One and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos;- Allocating a budget of € 2,000 obtained for our participation in the P2P: Facebook Global Digital Challenge;- Drafting position papers, other documents and preparing PowerPoint presentations for the P2P competition.
